We visit the ranch or farm when it comes up for sale to make our report of it with photo-display and price,
to put on our Web Site on Internet, www.camposdirectos.com and have another report with a much larger
photo display to send by e-mail.

We publish every Saturday in the local newspaper "La Nación - Suplemento Campo" to interest local
investors, and have a robot of Microsoft that places them on the main searchers abroad.

If none of these farms coincide with the client’s needs, we have another section in our website  www.camposdirectos.com asking for a farm that fits the client's order, until somebody offers us something similar, and then proceed to visit it and make our report to send to the interested party.  .

We also act as agent’s of Nordheimer S.R.L. whom is the largest firm in the country of farming land agents, charging no extra fees or commissions if the order is done through us, and giving the client from abroad
whom is English or Spanish speaking a more exclusive attention, having with Nordheimer more than 500 properties in  portfolio to offer.  

The standard sales fee to both buyer and seller in this country is 3% each, and 4% in small properties (Chacras,
not Estancias) of under u$s 500,000 in value.
